We are happy (and very relieved) to finally be able to advise that we now have working telephones at our studio. We were completely without an incoming telephone service for a total of 82 days, with a spasmodic email service thrown in for good measure. We also noticed that some emails (both incoming and outgoing) were never received and unfortunately, have no way of telling which have failed. This interruption was caused at no fault out of our own and no fault within any of our equipment. While we attempted numerous times to rectify the problem through our service provider, despite being a small business, this still took almost three months. During this time, we were unable to operate at full capacity, being forced to keep our new studio doors closed to the public until which time we knew we had a reliable service. While frustrating for all involved (not to mention extremely damaging to our business as a whole), we would like to extend our sincerest apologies to any fellow business operators, potential and current clients that may have been unable to get in touch with us during this time. We can now assure everyone that our service is working (albeit with yet again, another new phone number) and we are on board, ready to tackle the rest of 2015 with all our might and creative gusto! Our new phone number is 07 4431 0825 and our emails appear to be working as normal. We are also now open for business at our new studio - 19 Ingham Road, West End (contact hours 10am-4pm Mon-Fri).
