We are having taco night and love to have the Uncle Bens Santa Fe rice with them. I microwaved the rice according to the instructions like I do every week on Taco Tuesday. I made the 2 inch slit bigger to dump into the bowl and started to dump.. A big white clump came out (which is what you see in the bowl). I yelled for my husband and grabbed my phone. I started recording while he dumped the rest. I have NO IDEA what the white thick squishy substance is; kind of looks like a form of tofu. Which is NOT found in the rice! How does this happen?? What is it?? I also bought 3 other bag at the same time and heated one after this as we were not feeding this to our family and that bag was normal. Ill be awaiting a reply.
