We are here, but not without some issues. Being an older RV park, the sites here are not conducive to big rigs. The first pull-through in which they put us was way too small, width-wise. Our slide-outs would have knocked over everything around us. So we had to back out (because pulling forward was not an option due to a palm tree and tight turn) and take a slightly bigger site. Fortunately, our neighbor in a big coach helped guide us in, but he had to move his motorcycle and retract one of his awnings so we wouldnt bump into them. But because the site is so unlevel, we couldnt unhitch. So, we had to back up enough so that the truck and the trailer were more level with one another, allowing the hitch to release, but our rear-end is sticking out slightly in the park road. And, because the highways were so bumpy and rotten on the trip today (Cal Trans apparently has no funds), cabinets flew open and stuff was everywhere, and one of my boxes holding potted plants got caught in the moving slide-out, crushing one of my plants along with most of the box, and part of the wood on the slide-out tore off. Otherwise, its absolutely beautiful here, and we survived L.A. traffic.
