MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Detect, analyse, measure, and resolve all revenue impacting problems involving procedures, systems, and personnel Report these revenue related problems, their impact to the company, their root cause, the identified resolution and the status of the resolution Determine processes, systems and policies that will prevent revenue related problems occurring again Detect, analyse, measure, and resolve all product fraud related issues involving procedures, systems, and personnel Report all these product fraud related problems, their impact to the company, their root cause, the identified resolution and the status of the resolution Determine processes, systems, and policies that will prevent customer or product fraud related incidents ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Minimum 4 year College degree in Computer Science, Engineering Telecommunications or another related technical degree Microsoft Suite applications Database Management Systems (MS SQL Server) Networking, Computer architecture Operating Systems, C, C++, Java, JavaScript, IIS, SQL, VB.NET, ASP.NET, HTML, XHMTL, XML Software Engineering, Software Design, Software Implementation & Testing, Systems analysis and design & Crystal reports. please visit digicelgroup/en/careers to apply.
