The Plaza Dental Group a locally owned growing multi-doctor dental practice is looking for a friendly, highly motivated self-starter to join our team as a Patient Services Representative. PSR’s are key in facilitating the patient’s office visit from initial contact throughout the entire visit, ensuring a high level of customer service. Responsibilities • Must greet patients in a cordial, professional manner and become an advocate during the patient’s visit. • Complete patient registrations and ensure all information is in patient’s account • Will insure accuracy of patient information and insurance coverage • Understand payment methods and be able to communicate the fee requirements and collect documents for payment for dental services. • Act as the liaison for communication between the patient and other staff members. • Schedule patient appointments and maintain schedule electronically Qualifications • Previous office and/or customer service experience, basic computer skills with prior experience working with a data base • Ability to communicate in a professional manner and work in a team environment • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task • Candidates with prior dental office experience are preferred • Professional and courteous phone etiquette • Good communication skills with strong customer service ethic We are a paperless dental practice offering the latest in dental technology.
