Available vacancy: 1- Social Media & Marketing Specialist 2- Marketing Supervisor 1- Social Media & Marketing Specialist : Job Summary: As our Social Media & Marketing specialist, youll be primarily responsible for crafting and promoting our corporate brand. Through smart utilization of social media, youll help us build mindshare locally and nationally as a place where creative, sales persons, and marketing professionals come together to make great things happen. Youll be responsible for growing our follower base, and creating content campaigns that drive engagement. Primary Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following: • Develop and promote our corporate brand through social media and other channels. • Be our brand advocate at local networking events and conferences. • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research activities (including, but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube and other relevant emerging technologies), platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification • Develop corporate social media marketing guidelines • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action • Set up and optimize company web and social media pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content – US & Global. • Create, schedule and publish high quality social media content and digital events to promote and deliver traffic and viewership across platforms and extend reach & influence Education and Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in business or marketing. • At least 1 to 3 years in social media marketing, direct marketing, advertising or brand marketing • Strong understanding social media universe including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. • Prior experience in developing, managing and executing a comprehensive email program and reporting on required results • Demonstrated expertise with database segmentation strategy and planning • Have demonstrated knowledge of mobile, emerging and social media, and application to advertising campaigns. • Moderate technical skills and ability to use web resources • Demonstrated knowledge of creative visual ads within Photograph or similar software and Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Word and Excel. 2-Marketing Supervisor: Job Summary: Includes developing and implementing marketing plans to deliver year-on-year growth through line extensions, product improvements, promotion, portfolio management, pricing, and competitive market assessments. The candidate will lead the cross functional team in implementation of the marketing plan. Primary Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following: • Leads creation and implementation of marketing plans for new and existing products to achieve business objectives of profit & sales. • Creates and leads line extension opportunities to maintain category leader position and drive growth. • Determines portfolio strategies based on category insights, product and customer life cycles. Align brand and portfolio strategies to achieve business goals. • Responsible for leading cross functional team for marketing plan execution, new product line extensions, manage budgets, and monitor financial results. • Partners closely with field Sales, Sales Development Managers and Channel Marketing to assess and deliver account-specific opportunities . • Responsible for forecasting, and tracking results . • Execute marketing campaigns accurately, on time, with proper approvals and within budget. • Ensure stronger engagement with customers by collaborating with integrated communications and outside partners to address gaps and opportunities related to the creation and evaluation of digital communications. Basic Skills/Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, a related degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of (4-5) years of marketing experience • Strong project/task management skills required. • Cross functional team leadership experience. • Above average MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint computer skills required. • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, InDesign and Illustrator required. • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques particularly in digital and best practices and ability to apply it to projects. • Extensive experience in utilizing marketing insights to form and execute marketing strategies and plans. • Previous experience working in a deadline driven environment.
