We are hiring an associate attorney! Requirements: 0-3 years of legal experience with excellent verbal & written skills in English & Spanish. We specialize in representing unaccompanied minors, including special immigrant juvenile status, political asylum, and other forms of removal defense. Our clients are predominantly Central Americans fleeing violence. Duties would involve frequent appearances in Immigration Court, Family Court, and asylum interviews, as well as preparing affidavits, petitions, motions, briefs, and applications for relief.
