We are home from Vanderbilt...we got some good news and not so good news..no cystic fibrosis! However..Wyatt does not have asthma. Well not at this point at least. The swallow study showed he aspirates 90 percent of the time. Over the next few weeks we will see an ENT..he will have an MRI and a bronchoscopy to narrow down the causes...it could be a flap that doesnt work, a neurological issue or as simple as bad feeding/speech habits. In the meantime we will be thickening his liquids, changing sippy cups and throwing out all pacis. Thanks for all of your kind words, thoughts and prayers!!!!!!
