We are home now...I am working, Dennis is napping. Dr. said surgery went very well. Vision should clear up later tonight and over the next 10 days. Lotsa drops and antibiotics. Surgery was a 7 am...got there at 5:45 and it took every minute of it to be ready by 7. Checked him again in office at 1 and said he could go home. Has followup appointment next Tuesday. Will have to sleep in eye patch for the next week. This was catarac surgery in his right eye and of course, lots of concerns because of the diabetes and really bad vision/damaged vision from diabetes. All went well!
