We are in Dublin, Ga. for Easter weekend. We had a long day at work Fri and left home about 9 p.m. The weather was so bad we stopped after only going 70 miles. We continued our 500 mile trip today. We periodically sent Aunt Ada Ellis texts so she wouldnt worry about us. She has never answered texts to when we told her we were about 20 mins away, and we got an answer, we were shocked ! The message asked us if we were safe and dry. Ken answered yes but we needed coffee. Nothing more was said. (We didnt expect any more because she doesnt text). When we got here I asked her if she received our text asking for coffee. I also told her how shocked we were to receive her message. She said I dont text. I didnt send any message except via Face Book. I looked at my phone and her message was gone. Only our messages to her were there. I have always believed in Guardian Angels. Today proved me right.
