We are in an incredibly unique profession. As Salespeople, Relationship-Marketers or as Business Owners there are no guarantees for us. Every day we put ourselves out there hoping that people will respond to our offers but many times, for whatever reason the answer is some version of No. We can get rejected sometimes several times in one day! Thats why it is so important to grow your mind and immerse yourself in personal development material. In a normal job, you put the energy in and you get a paycheck back for that time or work. In Selling many times you put energy out there and keep putting it out there with no return - sometimes for a while. Thats why listening to audios, reading books, reading a daily quote and attending webinars or live seminars is so important. When your prospects say No to you it helps to have someone whispering in your ear, supporting you telling you that can do it. Are you taking the time to grow your mind and heart and little bit every day? - from an MJ Durkin 7:30am rumination. (yes, I slept in today - yeah!)
