We are in need of help due to somewhere in the upper command my husbands paperwork got forgotten about and didnt get processed. We have been steadily working on it to get it resolved and have been fortunate enough to receive aid for food. Yet we still have the issue of a couple of bills that need to be paid and being some are auto drafted out has send us in the negative. Is there anyone who know where we can go and what we can do to get aid in this matter? Also can the command be held responsible for us occurring late charges or are we going to have to chalk it up as usually when they make a mistake? Thank you for any help anyone can give!
