We are in need of volunteers!!! If you have a passion and expertise in education, sports, the arts and academic excellency this could be just right for you! LoveWorks Synergy Project Inc. "A designed beauty of synergy created only to add, never to subtract by healing families of East Africa through education, medical care, healthy living, community outreach programs, the arts, sports training & spirituality" Let me start by saying that we will be officially begin the programming of the LoveWorks Synergy Project in January 2014! We firmly believe that we can mold world leaders and champions in the classroom, on the playing field and on the world stage from nursery, primary and secondary school! If you are interested in joining us as a volunteer and as a part of the "village" for Fruits of Hope and the LoveWorks Synergy Project molding the children of Rwanda into scholars and champions this opportunity is for you! We are raising the bar and striving to catapult into the elite class of educators in East Africa. LoveWorks Synergy Project has solidified a partnership with FRUITS OF HOPE ACADEMY in Giszoi, Rwanda! We need a multitude of volunteers to cover positions as: Teacher’s Assistants in the nursery classes – primary 3 classes, coaches for football, volleyball and track, an Athletic Director whose main responsibility will be to organize competition participation both locally, nationally & internationally and fundraising for the sports development program, Special Education Teachers, Tutors and Test Prep Specialist for Primary 3 – 6. We also are in need of dance instructors with an ethnic tone to their teaching experience especially as it pertains to African styles of dancing, Hip Hop, Tap and modern dance. And lastly, drill team coaches (along the lines of African American fraternity and sorority stepping) All teaching and coaching positions are VOLUNTEER for the 2014 - 2015 school year. (As grants and donations are available stipends will be determined) Volunteer Requirements: All teachers, staff members and volunteers must be fairly fluent in the English language. Sports Coaches must have proven experience in the sport as we are developing an elite sports training program and training our students for national and international competition. We desire ballet teachers that have notable experience from companies or conservatories in the USA, France, Russia or other countries with notable ballet companies. All teachers must commit to no less than one full year with the project. Housing IS NOT provided but we will assist in finding housing and applicants must be in Rwanda for training December 3 – December 21, 2013. The volunteer term will be from January 2014 - December 2014. Please take special note that both Fruits of Hope Academy and LoveWorks Synergy Project are Christian organizations.
