We are in the Feast of Tabernacles right now! The Celebration time! We are currently entering “The Feast of Tabernacles,” God commanded His people to honor these “holy days” forever, as an everlasting covenant with Him: “In addition to the Sabbath, these are the LORD’s appointed festivals, the official days for holy assembly that are to be celebrated at their proper times each year” (Leviticus 23:4 NLT). The Feast of Tabernacles is a time of celebration and harvest! During this Atonement Season, God’s Most Holy Time of the year we approach God with a sacrificial offering and use this time as a period of personal reflection, repentance and revelation! An example of this time would be a marriage ceremony- in the marriage ceremony there are three parts- the betrothal phase (the engagement), the wedding phase, and the celebration phase (the honeymoon). So in the Fall Feast days, God has arranged it in a similar fashion! The Feast of Trumpets is the announcement of the wedding to come (Trumpets- announcing…), the wedding (The Day of Atonement, an exchange of covenant), The Feast of Tabernacles is the celebration phase (or the honeymoon)... The Feast of Tabernacles is the time where the preparation of your heart is the most intimate time with God on the calendar. IF YOU ASK YOU SHALL RECEIVE… a time of blessings and abundance. Partake with us in celebrating this Holy time- So how do you prepare your heart to be intimate with God?: Make the time holy, by setting this time apart from your regular routine Confession and repentance matching your actions Sacrifice- an offering unto the Lord in honor of Him!
