We are in the blood test waiting room and Noah has just realised why we are here. He recognises this place. He had a meltdown but is now somewhat resigned to his fate. However he keeps looking at me every few minutes with tears in his eyes saying please dont let them stick pins in me and a little sob escapes. I cant make promises Im not going to keep. Hes going to have to get used to this and so am I.
