We are in the midst of a wind storm here in Southern Ontario. The wind is making the most eerie of sounds as it whistles on through. I like to use the wind to clear discordant energies from my mind and body. Cleanse the cells of polarity and opposition. Release negativity. If you can stand out in the wind commanding it to blow through you and release limitation this is ideal and you will physically feel the shift. But if you do not want to venture out hold the intention that wind blowing about moves through you purging from your mind and body all the energy holding you back from moving forth into the next phase of your experience.
