We are kicking of May with a poster on how EDS is not abuse rather it is genetic. We will be also introducing posters and guides in Spanish now as well. As other language posters become available we will share them as well. Currently CEDSA is active in nearly 100 cases in which OI and/or EDS has been diagnosed in conjunction with Vitamin D deficiency that the parents have been accused of Child Abuse. Each case the medical information is overwhelming and yet many are fighting for their rights. CEDSA always looks to protect all children and understand CPS has a horrible job to do as well.
