We are leaving from A.P.E. Fitness at 8 am on Sunday May 18. Please please please be there on time or well be forced to leave without you! Rough itinerary of the day: * We leave at 8 am and its approximately a 2 hour drive to the trail. * Well be getting breakfast at Sweet Sues near the trail. The pancakes are slammin! * We will hike for around 2 hours. We promise we wont intersperse burpees or race up the mountain side! Itll be casual and fun and worthy of picture taking! (...but if you really want to race up the trail, we wont stop you. Knock yourself out!) * We will return to Port Chester around 4 pm. This is a really rough estimate! What you need to bring: * Money for breakfast * WATER! Plan to bring at least 32 ounces of water for the trail to ensure youre hydrated! * Sturdy shoes/sneakers and comfortable clothes for hiking * Snacks and/or lunch for the trail. * Sunblock.
