We are living through a complete kitchen gut and remodel. I really enjoy cooking this makes life interesting. I have no counters, no cabinets, no stove or sink and for right now, no running water in the entire house. My fridge has just been placed in my living room. A remodel makes one get creative. I have a large Florida porch on which I have my entire kitchen dumped in boxes. Ive set up an electric frying pan, a rice cooker, a coffee pot and a toaster on my grandkids little tiny table here on the porch. I have one outlet on the porch so I just take turns plugging things in. We are actually doing quite well. My daughter and sister let me put things together and use their oven to cook things. My neighbor lets me wash food and gives me water. Life is good!!
