We are looking for Managers to join our team. The Manager is a part of the management team and ensures that Jamesons Pubs operates in an effective and efficient manner providing quality customer service while effectively controlling company costs and assets. Duties & Responsibilities: - Weekly Pub meetings - Ensure all cash out discrepancies are solved efficiently - Ensure the proper procedures for all monetary transactions are followed - Ensure training of all existing and new employees - Provide employees with updated selling techniques - Ensure all staff has full product knowledge of Food and Beverage - Ensure staff is aware of new procedures - Performance Management - Ensure all guests receive quality service - Ensure costumer complaints are handled effectively in a courteous & efficient manner - Ensure quality food & beverage is served at all times - Adhere to and enforce pub policies and procedures - Maintain a team environment - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Responsible for the day to day operation of the Pub - Responsible for the supervision of pub employees - Develop a rapport with guests and employees - Effectively market promotions & special events - Monitoring and managing the day to day schedule to ensure that we have anticipated appropriate staffing levels, calling on or off associates as required - Setting the example of personal grooming by ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional - Performing all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner - Performing any other duties as required or deemed necessary to provide superior service and teamwork - Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information; consistently practices guest and associate privacy and security If you are interested in joining Jamesons, we want to hear from you!
