We are looking for Volunteer Administration as we serve many needs in all communities. We need on site Administers to collect food donations/deliver, transport volunteers, Site Coordinators to add members and welcome them. Administrators interested in Politics and laws as well. Most importantly Foster Coordinators and training foster homes in CPR and all other details. We have a Private message box for Administrators and will set up weekly meetings to discuss and coordinate based on schedules we can all be available. Also the Holidays are near, we need Grain free pet food donations, stocking stuffers, gift cards for holiday dinners, presents for Pets and Children. We require grain free because pets often in need are switched to different food causing abdominal upset, grain free does not require a slow switch. We recommend Rachel Rays Grain Free Food available for a great price at Walmart and other locations. We have done much research on that food with great reviews. Treats grain free as well. If you have a specific interest we need you xoxo. Whether going to stores for non expired yet food they can donate, setting up drop off points for donations, delivering, being trained in CPR and training fosters. Remember our rescue is in the process of a off FB site. Where applications, updates, available adoptions, etc are available. Yet this group allows an extension to our Rescue to offer discussion, petitions, share animals in need, it is endless. We believe we are unique as we want to reach and pull the weeds to get this under control. Politics I work with and media, Rhonda Donovan, you are the first one that comes to mind for the politics and media and laws and bills we push for. especially setting up a functioning Advisory Council here for input from Citizens. Councils are also volunteer, yet with this one, unlike Albany, NY , we would like to set up a .gov email via office so we can keep in contact with tax-payers/voters/animal advocates,voters, etc. With a list to contact Council. Whereas Albany did not acknowledge us, provide a link or even thank us, too much going on down there for animals I suppose. We would like to start setting up any volunteer willing to accept pet food donations, gift certificates, toys, stocking stuffers and toys , unopened if possible or lightly used for the holidays for pets and children. We prefer to stick to gift certificates, actual donations of items so we know the ones in need are providing these items for the cause needed xoxo. We can gather in our weekly meetings to set all this up as this is too lengthy. Please contact one of the administrators and what you are interested. As far as rescues, we work on quality not the amount. We do not mass pull, and provide better food, vetting and every animal is a case to case basis, Yet with so many rescues, many times we aide them in adoptions, so we are asopting via referral so please dont just look at the amount od animals, we also use rescueme.org and have a PayPal available with a instant receipt with our Non-For-Profit IRS EIN. Yet items seem to help more. We work with many reputable organizations so we are doing a lot more then you think. Especially pounding pavement to sign pets up for free Spay/Neuter/Vaccines/Microchips, and education etc. We focus on many things to solve the issues these poor animals are suffering, we cant be cross-posting forever and ever, we need to get to the root of the overpopulation, abuse, neglect, and utilizing laws many do not realize are already in place.
