We are looking for a 2 bed property with a garden anywhere within a 25 mile radius of Norwich. We have a lovely 2 bed flat - Norwich - NR2. Only one up-one down (we are the one up) with a non-communal entrance, long balcony which can be fenced and gated off (no garden - but a green outside), nice decor with flooring and blinds throughout (which will be left), heating and water in with the rent so very cheap to stay warm in the winter! We have a brick shed in view point of the property, and garages are available to rent on the same street at a reduced rate. Close to all amenities, and walking distance to the city centre.
