We are looking for a new team member for the position of ACCOUNT MANAGER EVENTS & INCENTIVE PROGRAMS The Account Manager MICE is responsible for creating group travel and event proposals for international and local group clients, according to pre-set guidelines. These proposals would typically include airport transportation services, tours and activities, décor and entertainment, dinner events, room gifts and more. The Account Manager will lead his / her own projects from the moment the request comes in, until the closing of the contract and is fully responsible for the execution. YOU ARE / YOU HAVE: * A good team-player with good destination knowledge of Curacao * Commercial attitude & client oriented * Responsible, pro-active and a passion for the perfect execution of the job * Excellent organizational skills & deadline oriented * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs * Fluent in English (verbal & written), good verbal skills in Papiamentu and/or Dutch. Good verbal and written knowledge of Spanish is a plus. * Must have a drivers license and own transportation * At least a higher education in the field of Tourism / Hospitality / Events, Office / Facilities Management, Marketing OR equivalent in experience or education.
