We are looking for a professional person to fill this position immediately The Training and Quality Supervisor shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: This is a Hands-on position to Conduct orientation training and arrange on-the-job training for new hires, evaluate supervisors performance and the effectiveness of training programs, supporting Truck Supervisors on the field, Performs internal audits (as required). Identifies, communicates and drives quality performance improvements as needed. Lead the Quality Assurance Program for the company, and special project requirements Lead and Supervise current and special projects following instructions from the Operations Manager Results Expected -- cleaning activity is completed in a quality manner, in Compliance with the quality assurance requirements for the company and customers. Assures that Supervisors are completing Specifications per site, Inspecting and supervising procedures. Overseeing the development and maintenance of quality assurance as required by contract. Skills and requirements: Two (2) years or more involvement in overall Supervisory of a cleaning projects. Experience on floor and carpet maintenance, power washing, windows cleaning, etc. Possess a broad understanding of cleaning business. Clean drivers license record. Be authorized to work on the U.S. Effective leadership skills. Effective communication skills English/Spanish both verbally and in writing. Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. You have to be able to work about 50 hours a week, sometimes on the weekends. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to work for long periods of time. The employee is permanently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. The employee must frequently climb to heights of 8 feet or greater.
