We are looking for a rotational 2nd Chef for a 100m+ Private M/Y with worldwide itinerary starting Mid April. Minimum requirements: Culinary trained, STCW95 and ENG1. At least 4years of Culinary training with bread and pastry skills. Candidates need to be needs to be self motivated, passionate, drive to be better, wish to learn and non smokers. The ideal candidate should also have a great restaurant background, continuous training and personal development as well as more than 2 years of yachting experience. Yacht is not a party boat. Dedicated people only should apply. Fast paced environment. British, Australian, New Zealand passport holders preferred. No candidates with Schengen visa’s due to the travel itinerary. Female candidates preferred due to cabin arrangements. Mid 20s to late 30s. Salary 4200Euro DOE and 122 days leave per annum.
