We are looking for a very special home for this very special boy. Jazz is a 10 month old Aussie/ Border Collie mix who was surrendered when his owners had to move. We discovered that Jazz had something wrong with his right back leg, and x-rays revealed a grade 3 luxated patella. Jazz goes for his surgical consultation tomorrow, and well know if surgery to correct his leg is the best option. Jazz gets around just fine, and our volunteers take him on slow walks which he loves. He doesnt seem to be in any pain, and if surgery isnt the best option for him - hell most likely just walk a little funny the rest of his life. If surgery is an option for this handsome boy, wed love nothing more than for him to be able to recover in his forever home - so we are looking for a foster-to-adopt home for Jazz. Hed do best in a home with kids 10 years old or older and his adoption fee is $250 (which includes his neuter, microchip, 1 round of vaccines, 30 days of pet insurance and a free wellness exam).
