Technical Assistant Officer (1 position) Area: Limbang, Sarawak Key responsibilities :- • Maintain all Transmission elements and services to ascertain smooth and seamless inter-working with other network elements and to ensure high quality performance to meet customer requirement in the most cost effective way. •Ensure execution of Transmission preventive maintenance according to Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly requirement as stipulated in Quality Management System procedures. •Ensure fault restoration to the transmission network elements is carried out in an effective manner in order to achieve high customer satisfaction. •Resolve all customer complaints in relation with transmission elements in timely manner. •Execute and complete task of new, additional or closing of Trunk and Junction circuits according to NIS work order. •Ensure all power related issues (PRI), such as earthing, air-conditioning, fire prevention, batteries, rectifiers and AC systems are installed and maintained according to the specification. •Ensure the new projects are acceptance, commissioned and handover for operation according to the specification with proper documentation. The person we are looking for shall possess the following qualifications and skills:- • Diploma In Engineering or Telecommunication Or Equivalent from recognized institution =================================================================================================== Technicians (2 positions - Kapit, Sarawak ) Technicians ( 2 positions - Marudi, Sarawak ) Technician ( 1 position - Song, Sarawak ) Technician ( 1 position - Lawas, Sarawak ) Key responsibilities :- • Maintain and ensure target is achieved for Broadband & DEL Service Fulfillment and Restoration. •Maintain and ensure Network/System Fault Restoration is within the stipulated time as per stated in the KPI for RNO Access •Maintain and ensure that the Service Fault Rate is monitored closely and maintained within the stipulated target. •Maintain, analyze and monitor the Repeat report per total Trouble Report so that the count is under control and within the stipulated target. •Ensure that the network availability is maintained at all times and breakdown times are minimized by performing / proposing preventive and migration work The person we are looking for shall possess the following qualifications and skills:- •SPM or Certificate in Engineering Or Telecommunication Or Equivalent from recognized institution •Credit in Bahasa Malaysia at SPM level All applications will be treated in the STRICTEST confidence and only short-listed candidates will be notified.
