We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to represent us at a local or regional level As a Charity Champion, you will give talks to raise awareness of our services attend cheque presentations help to recruit new fundraisers A talk can be as simple as a few words of thanks at a cheque presentation or a speech lasting anything from 5 to 25 minutes! We will provide you with speeches that you can adapt to suit your style, along with aids such as PowerPoint presentations. In addition, we would also like your help to recruit new fundraisers. As a Charity Champion, you’ll need to be pro-active in finding and motivating fundraisers. Is this role for me? If you are a sociable person who is confident speaking in public, then this is the role for you. You will be self motivated and be able to use your own initiative to find new fundraisers and opportunities to talk about the charity in your area.
