Requirements • Familiar with IT (Information Technology) / High Tech. • Have some recruiting / sourcing / research experience. • Self motivated. • Willing to work remotely (from anywhere). • Satisfied to get remunerated based on your own success – very well paid! • Comfortable in contacting candidates by phone, email, or online such as through LinkedIn, Google +, job boards, Facebook, blogs, twitter, flickr, YouTube, etc. • Understanding of Japan and / or Japanese language would also be advantageous – but not necessary. You can work from home, your current office, or from anywhere you wish. You can be a current Recruiter or Sourcer / Researcher, but want to make extra money or simply anyone who has leads / referrals / connections / friends and want to help make placements and make money just by referring these people. You can do this part-time while you are studying or have another job, or in conjunction with your current job. Duties • Generate leads and establish a regenerating source of candidate leads and referrals. • Accurate input and maintenance of candidate and client information into a database, ensure that the integrity of the information is maintained, and gather candidate resumes. • Cold call prospective candidates and consult on their career opportunities. • Develop and maintain good relationships with candidates and clients and make accurate matches. • Arrange and schedule introduction and subsequent meetings for candidates with clients. • Establish and built up a reputation as a professional high-tech recruitment consultant. • Contribute to team and company meetings, as well as achieved daily, weekly and quarterly performance targets. • Introduce prospective candidates for positions at Best IT, such as other Recruiters or Sourcers / Researchers.
