We are looking to fill a Full-Time Grants Team Lead position in our Fairbanks office. An ideal candidate will have great time management skills, experience in non-profits and effective communication skills. This position will be responsible for the daily oversight of the Older/Blind (OB) Grant, Developmental Disability (DD) Grant, and the Traumatic and Acquired Brain Injury (TABI) Grant. Duties may include but are not limited to problem solving consumer challenges; assisting consumers in submitting grant requests for funding; submitting accurate monthly grant reports; facilitating Grants Team Meetings. Requirements: BA/BS in human service or equivalent experience; experience working in the Health and Human Service field; excellent written and oral communication is a must; experience working with other non-profits and grant writing a plus; must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check.
