We are losing the day light -- Russian scientists are developing a hotel in space which will be operational up to 2016. Out of 17 scientists 11 are of physics and 6 are of chemistry. They are nominated by Sweden noble prize in 2012. This is Russia which was broken in 1992 and regains power. Whereas Pakistani scientists had not won Noble prize since 32 years we have 114 departments from which 20 departments are basically for research. After 18 amendment two new agricultural research department have been introduced namely PARC and NARC. Our developmental research budget is 1 Arab 14 crore and 16 lacs from which 93% spent on salaries and only 7% on research but leadership is not responsible …!!!
