We are most definitely going to look at the weather today, but I want to start everyones day off with some insightful wisdom. Going to do a bible reflection but I suggest you also read the verses for better understanding: Obadiah 1:1-7 Edoms Fall Decreed 1). Haughtiness is bad. 2). We now have a Savior. 3). Pride seems good at the moment, but later it leads to destruction and to your own downfall. 4). I have to remind myself not to boast in anyone except The Lord God himself, and The Lord God alone. Obadiah 1:8-14 Edoms Betrayal of Judah 1). Haughtiness is destructive. 2). We can call on Jesus 3). God exalts the lowly, and lowers the exalted. 4). Do a sincere act of kindness for a friend today. Obadiah 1:15-21 Edoms Fall and Judahs Restoration 1). Haughtiness is the source of severity of ALL evil in the world. 2). The Devil is POWERFUL, beyond measure, but the very second you call on the name of Jesus Christ, he will vanish. 3). Pride is an easy trap to fall into, and a hard one to get out of. 4). Instead of talking a lot in a convo, listen more to what the other person has to say. There is a good sacrifice in doing this but an even more great reward in doing this.
