We are moving into the 5th dimension where a higher frequency creates a space of less density so how you feel will manifest in the physical form at a faster rate. The reason why the transition is so painful and uncomfortable is because the pressure from the higher frequencies literally squeeze you to the point where your emotional blockages start coming out and surfacing. The only way you can be light enough to function efficiently within the upcoming 5th dimensional state is to let go of all of the emotional baggage that causes you to be more dense.
