MAINTENANCE BUILDING SUPERVISOR FOR QATAR *No fees to be collected – Beware of Illegal Recruiters” Qualifications: * Candidates must have at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate. * The job requires Male applicants only * Minimum of 2 years working experience is required for this position. * Applicants must be 21 to 45 years old Job Profile: * Responsible for the day to day functioning of the operations department as well as establishing annual goals and objectives. * Liaison with Lagoon, tenant and customer satisfaction is critical success factors in this role * The position leads a team responsible for : monitoring performance of building systems and equipment, establishing operating strategies and overseeing the building * Automation System to achieve optimal occupant comfort and energy savings initiatives * Ensures delivery of the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance programs and maintains life safety and risk programs. * The MTL also oversees tenant improvement work, maintains warranty and deficiency database, prepares base building operations reports, approves operations related expenses and provides day to day support to the facility manager * The MTL will oversee the work of the Building Maintenance staff and sub-contractors in the maintenance and repair of air handling equipment, lighting, water treatment, fir protection, landscaping irrigation, water features and other electro-mechanical controls throughout the mall.
