We are now accepting applications on Ruth! NAME: Ruth Gender: Female Breed: American Pit Bull Terrier Age: 1 year Weight: 49 lbs Dogs: I love other dogs! Cats: We are not sure if I like cats or not yet! *if you have cats let us know and we will do a cat test Kids: I love little kids. I would be fine with kids of any age Ruth is still a very young dog at just 1 year old! She hasn’t had the kindest start in life, at only 1 year old she’s already had at least 1 litter of puppies. In her foster home she hasn’t had any accidents inside and does very well in her crate during the day while her foster parents are at work. Ruth LOVES her foster brother and has done well around young children she’s met too. She’s still working on her leash walking skills but she’s learning fast. Ruth is such a well behaved dog inside the home, she loves to snuggle with you quietly on the couch and she even climbs into her crate by herself at night when she is ready for bedtime. Her favorite toys are anything that squeaks and Kong filled with peanut butter. She is so gentle that when she patiently sits awaiting her treat she calmly takes it from you, being ever so delicate.
