We are now in Chennai spending an overnight here before flying out very early Wed morning. We began the day going back out to Eden to greet the GFH staff, to have a time of prayer in preparation for the building of the girls home. We then planted 5 coconut trees. They will be able to harvest coconuts in 4 years, a good source of nutrients for the kids. We spent more time talking with the staff; we have found them all to be dedicated to serving these children, dedicated to raising these children in God fearing homes. They each have their story of how they came to work at GFH, some of which are quite touching. Pastor and Joel then joined a group of young men who had more questions following the presentation on marriage Tuesday. Although Pastor had something prepared, they spent the entire time.....2.5 hours.....answering questions! Mary and I had a relaxing time with Kasthuri at her home....she met with Jaya (SW) and Ponni (warden) to discuss business matters while Mary and I did some picture managing on our ipad minis. Kasthuri made another great lunch which we ate prior to the 3 plus hour drive to Chennai. I hope to post additional pictures on facebook so be sure to check out the churchs page there.
