An ability to communicate with customer. 2. Excellent creativity and imagination in designing. 3. Excellent ability to build the designs that will complete the needs of clients. 4. Proficient with basic computer literate such as software program (Microsoft software program), Internet etc. 5. Work under presser and handling the project on time. 6. Fluent in English especially business writings. 7. Confidence with figures 8. Self-discipline 9. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Setting schedules for the project & Negotiating fees. 2. Good organizational skills, to ensure each project is completed on time and within budget. 3. The ability to visualize concepts and explain them to others. 4. Carrying out research, to make sure that plans are technically feasible. 5. Responsible in the following: Preliminary and Final Design stages of any project, Working / Shop Drawings. 6. Furniture detail and specifications. 7. Must be proficient in / or knowledgeable in all WOOD TYPES & KINDS. 8. Monitor on-going jobs in the factory to ensure job orders were manufactured as specified on approved drawings. 9. Manual drafting, Perspective Drawings, and Renderings. 10. Able to sketch detailed drawing on computer. 11. Producing rough sketches and a mood board - a collection of suitable images, colors and materials. 12. Choosing the most appropriate materials for the design and budget. 13. Advising clients on progress, and providing them with samples of paints and fabrics to be used 14. Developing DETAILED DESIGNS, often-using computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD (2D), Adobe Photoshop, 3D MAX, etc.…(latest Edition). 15. Bill of quantity. 16. Supervising the work as it is carried out. 17. Has excellent experience on SUPERVISING WORKSHOPS & FACTORIES. 18. Report to the General Manager on a weekly basis regarding status of drawings for project tenders and for individual clients. 19. Direct and supervise employees.
