We are offering our clients and friends the opportunity to purchase prepped meals to help meet their fitness goals. Changing our bodies requires a clean eating program. It is hard to cook everyday after work for our trainers/coaches, so we have utilized the services of a prepped food company to make sure we are adequately fueling our bodies. Game Day Nutritional Foods offers 6 meals at 7.50 a plate in microwaveable to go plates. Made fresh every Monday and Friday. This week they are serving up Grilled Chicken with a Cream Sauce over Red Potatoes and Green Beans. They also have a Lemon Pepper Chicken served over Brown Rice and Broccoli.
