Duties & responsibilities : • Drafting, developing, reviewing, and updating of policies & procedures • Involvement in full process from recruitment, on boarding, to resignation • Propose any form of initiatives to support respective business units as well as for overall benefits of employees • Establish work flow on existing and new procedures & processes • Carry out training & analysis within the organization, design and propose Training & Development programs for employees • Involvement of employee engagement activities/events for purpose of team bonding and physical well being of employees • Ability to develop and streamline the Performance Appraisal framework • Develop rewards, recognition, perks practices and the like as part of employees retention program • Managing employees grievances whenever necessary • Maintaining and keeping the compensation & benefits policy abreast • Managing Employee Relation matters with the ability to provide good problem solving skills • Leading and managing the team whenever applicable • Responsible for general HR administration • Expect to undertake additional tasks within ability to support any execution in favor of the company’s goal, vision and mission Requirements : • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. • 3-5 years working experience in various HR processes. • Well versed with strategic HR practices including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, performance management, talent development and industrial relations and also Malaysia Law,Rules & regulatory – foreign / local employment act. • Strong leadership and management skills yet meticulous and analytical. • Results and people oriented with sound judgment and common sense. • Strong computer skills. • Required language – English.
