We are one week away from the start of the #HH21Challenge. Normally we discourage bringing phones into the studio but this month we are making the exception (as long as you keep them set to silent). We will have these challenge tracker signs available for you to use at the front desk to share and/or track your progress. Day 1 through Day 21 - and beyond for those who are feeling ambitious. Plus! We have a contest for the person who is sharing the #HH21Challenge journey the most through social media. Share your personal journey using the #HH21Challenge hashtag on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
