We are pretty slow on our home remodel adventure. It might be said - TopicsExpress

We are pretty slow on our home remodel adventure. It might be said that I have a hard time making up my mind on exactly what I want. I was sharing with one of our daughters that we have decided to postpone one of our remodel decisions. Right now I could get something, but if I wait just a little while longer I can get what I really want. I heard God speaking: this is kingdom living. What you can have right now vs waiting on what I really want for you. Life will give you many options but I have your perfect choice. Can you wait on Me? Are you willing to put aside the good for best? You’ve trusted Me for your salvation. Now trust Me for living. I am the One Who has perfect plans for you. Waiting may seem like a waste of time but it’s actually the time when I am developing your faith. Oh beloved, God knows how long you’ve waited. He knows you want something so bad that you can hardly wait. You need a breakthrough. You’ve got decisions to make. But He is calling you with love to be cautious. If you will wait on Him He will renew your strength and He will give you His best. He is with you. His best is His desire for you. His love is His motivating factor in everything He does. You are the One He loves and the promise is that you will receive all your needs as you give Him time to work out all for your good and His glory. Faith is what you need right now, so that you can wait without frustration, anxiety or impatience. And faith is what will deliver God’s best to you at just the right time. Trust Him and wait for what you really want. God loves you and He’s for you, always. So practice His presence, talk with Him about every decision, roll your cares on Him and watch as the most beautiful life rolls out with a red carpet for you. The perfect choice is always surrounded by prayer and faith. Kingdom living is what you practice so that when He gives you His finest you can rejoice and report to all around you that God’s ways are a blessing. Always remember beloved, you are waiting on God’s best! Proverbs 3:5 Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. Amplified Micah 7:7 But as for me, I will look to the Lord and confident in Him I will keep watch; I will wait with hope and expectancy for the God of my salvation; my God will hear me. Amplified Lamentations 3:24-25 The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “Therefore I have hope in Him.” The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, to the person who seeks Him. Isaiah 64:4 For from days of old they have not heard or perceived by ear, nor has the eye seen a God besides You, Who acts in behalf of the one who waits for Him. Psalm 37:3-4 Trust in the LORD and do good; Dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness. Delight yourself in the LORD; And He will give you the desires of your heart.
