Dan is a charismatic and articulate person who has made a major impact in US history by fighting to repeal the US Militarys Dont Ask, Dont Tell policy. In this video, Dan shares a very personal story about the devastating emotional and psychological toll of immersing himself as a gay rights activist, while seeking acceptance of his conservative Christian parents.
