We are proud to once again receive the above outcomes. In Europe we are always among the first ones! Specifically in Portugal, UK and Switzerland, we are GREAT!! These results are the culmination of the objective of ICON, to create a strong bond in a sport that is our job and our passion, in which teachers are placed with an attitude, principles, and didactic indeed similar. Where he sought to establish a new attitude to all who belong to her, that it was applied in the classroom, in the championships and the day-to-day. A team where the word, paramount is the union for the growth of the sport based on the same philosophy, with reference to their human capital. The highlight increasingly clear, are the reflection of the imagination, talent and work of its founders Ze Marcello, Anderson, Xandinho and mine. We dared to ignore what many said was impossible to achieve and see beyond what one might categorize the horizon, on the various teams that we introduced and who were around us. ICON appeared from the relevant reflection, belief, growth and dream of those who love what you do! Admittedly we are all privileged few!! This model was followed and adopted by other teams, which have adopted a similar project and we wish the same success in various fields, since what matters is the union in Jiu-Jitsu and growth of the sport! Aware of this reality requires new ways of being, acting and thinking with new approaches, had to counter all paradigms previously introduced, it was cataloged in the team, in the broadest sense of the word. I want to thank all those who today are part of the ICON and are part of this new ideal. The best example is Professor Marco Carneiro who was the first to join, as well as those who later followed it with the same conviction and desire to be part of something different. Because if it is necessary to be bold and visionary for the idealization and realization of this project, accept and abide by the same has as much or more merit! New meetings are soon to expand our vision, reflect, analyze, organize ideas, to increase our knowledge and personal and professional skills. I am increasingly convinced that OUR WORK will endure for generations to come and graduations! Let ripen increasingly our ideals, do better, knowing that OUR commitment and dedication plays a key role in evolution as OUR team. That OUR growth and success are not a random process at the mercy of the contingencies of life, but a walk in the result can only be innovation, improvement and growth of ALL. Thank you to ALL who are part of our great family and ICON made these 3 years with us to reach these excellent results and organizational competitive as we contribute to the sport and personal development of our students!
