We are ramping up for a New Year of ACTION against ZIM Integrated Shipping Co- Tampa says NO to apartheid in our Port- Last year BtB Tampa held five major actions at the port which saw mass convergences, loud and lively picket lines, soft and hard block direct actions, dozens held ground in the middle of the port entry and stared down lines of cars farther than the eye could see as they stopped and slowed them from entering the POT, we held a mass call in day of action, faced the ILA Longshoremen on 1402 on union hall grounds to confront them on their complicity in Israeli committed injustices, held a powerful Day of Solidarity action with BtB mobilizations from coast to coast and saw many new faces join the struggle- Together, with all of you, as well as the twenty organizations at our back, we will take mighty strikes at the heart of the Israeli economy. We wanted the ZIM Alabama, Maria Pia and the WOGE OUT of our port.... and we did it. This year we will fight even harder.
