We are really excited about this new sidewalk that will run from Downtown Dade City to Lacoochee. It will pass our park on both sides of 301 and connect our park with the Withlacoochee Rail Trail....which a lot of residents use on a daily and weekly basis. Residents will be able to bike directly to the rail trail on a path...or bike (or hike) to lunch in Dade City! The plan is that the project will be completed in Summer of 2014. They are making great progress and have already bulldozed a path right across 301 from our park. We cannot wait to try it out!
