Telesales Operative Employment Type: Permanent Location: Tankersley, Barnsley Package: Competitive based on experience with a bonus scheme Summary: We are looking for Full time Call Centre Telesales Operatives to work on an exciting new product from A Shade Greener. The role will consist of calling customers who have applied for the product and arranging an installation date for the customer. The Role: Calling customers on behalf of A Shade Greener to arrange the installation date of our free new Pod Point product. Maintain a high quality standard of calls ensuring customers are treated with respect. Achieve daily & weekly targets. Liaise with the applications department giving feedback on the quality of applications and provide suggestions on how to keep quantities high. Report to team leader with any problems/suggestions. Ideal Candidates: Have a confident telephone manner. Be able to cope with in high pressure situations. Great communications skills. Confident in speaking to senior management. Computing Skills.
