We are recruiting a Maintenance Team Leader, covering both Site and Fleet teams. Your job will be to prioritise daily maintenance requirements for both teams, liaising with UKSA staff, students and contracts; working closely with the Facilities Manager planning and controlling site work projects and refits, ensuring the work is carried out proficiently, resourcefully and to a high standard while observing Health and Safety at all times. Applicants must possess: Excellent rounded building maintenance knowledge, preferably with yachting maintenance experience; thorough knowledge and experience of sourcing and purchasing materials, controlling wastage and time responsibly; knowledge of Health and Safety and preferably IOSH qualified; solid experience of financial controls and delivering to budgets; strong leadership, communication and motivational skills. This is a permanent role, 40 hours per week to include weekends and bank holidays on a rotational basis. Salary upon application.
