We are recruiting for 11 LOGISTIC MANAGER POSITIONS for Midland/Odessa area: Logistics Manager Company Overview Oil Field Services, based in Weatherford, TX, provides one-call transportation, logistics and supply chain management solutions to North American oil field operators. It manages one of the largest equipment fleets dedicated to proppant transportation supported by a modern 24/7 live dispatch operation center and industry-leading logistics technology for tracking and reporting deliveries to multiple well locations. Job Summary The Logistics Manager will be involved in learning all supporting functions for an onsite customer account. The majority of the time will focus on driver dispatch and admin functions, as well as gaining knowledge of all operations for expected growth potential. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for assigning routes to drivers and owner-operators; coordinating shipments according to customer instructions, and ensuring compliance to DOT regulations and established internal policies and guidelines. The Logistics Manager will also be responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with our guiding principles and core values. Responsibilities Develop and maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Dispatch drivers for shipment pick-ups and deliveries. Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and established internal policies and guidelines. Notify drivers of assignments and direct their activities to ensure product is picked up and delivered according to time-sensitive schedules. Review and assimilate data and enter new data in to computer database. Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Must have 2 years Dispatch or Driver Management experience. Experience in the sand hauling industry a plus. Experience with McLeod Software and QualComm systems preferred. Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the requirement of a work visa.
