We are restoring some of the 1962 Boston Light Anderson Windows in the Generator Building. The original balance system was a compression pinch lock with a lever, spring and plastic plate combo that pushed into the side jamb. The system was corroded beyond repair. Also, the unique configuration of the hardware, including dates in the side, and weird horns on one side made the solution challenging. So this is what we came up with for a solution.
