We are sad to report that we lost another brother last night to suicide. The officer worked as a CO at Centinela. Reports show that COs have a 39% higher suicide rate than other professions. The holidays can be especially tough emotionally so PLEASE keep an eye on each other and reach out to your brothers and sisters who seem to be emotionally struggling. Your support may be the one thing that helps them get through their depression. If you suspect a co-worker may be suicidal, please seek help on how to best help them.
